Our pricing varies depending on your service and your home. That said, we can offer guidance on what typical prices are.
Initial Cleaning
Initial cleanings require a lot of hard work and deep cleaning, and therefore typically take longer than a regularly scheduled subscription cleaning. For these cleanings we charge $35 per hour per cleaner. There will almost always be a cleaning team of two people at your home. The minimum charge for an initial cleaning is $140.
Regular Cleaning
Regular cleanings usually follow an initial cleaning which gets your home to a nice clean base, so these cleanings take less time than the initial cleaning. Based on the initial cleaning we will set a “time” that it will take to clean your home, this will give you a set amount you pay for each cleaning. Typically the cost for subscription cleaning is about $30 per hour per cleaner (again, this will almost always be a cleaning team of 2). Immediately following the initial cleaning we will let you know what the recurring cost will be.
